Our Value Features

Why Choose Our Services?

ITECSA has over 25 years of experience providing cleaning and maintenance services to national and multinational companies based in our country. The implementation of standards based on regulations and work methods such as OSHA, LEAN, and governed by EPA guidelines has allowed us to improve and adapt our cleaning and maintenance practices for our clients, enabling us to deliver a high level of quality at a very reasonable cost. This technology transfer is based on work methods, types of equipment, efficient and eco-friendly materials and chemicals, safety and environmental aspects, cleaning audits, and the establishment of management indicators such as KPIs, CPIs, and more.

When ITECSA is contracted by a new client, a transition plan is designed to ensure that, from day one of operations, the positive change in the service provided by ITECSA is evident. The transition plan includes activities to be carried out during this pre-day zero period. These activities encompass the design of the work plan, the creation of identification credentials, the acquisition of access permits, the supervisor’s familiarization with the area to be serviced, the establishment of communication channels, coordination with the client’s staff, the provision of uniforms for the cleaning and facilities staff, the supply of necessary materials and equipment, and the procurement of all required tools. During this stage, the transition process is supported by specialists from ITECSA’s headquarters.

At ITECSA, we analyze facilities and design a service delivery proposal by:

  • Minimizing costs
  • Optimizing results
  • Working hand-in-hand with technology and processes aligned with ISO 9001, 18001, and OHSAS standards.

We quickly adapt to evolving needs.

ITECSA has developed a continuous monitoring and measurement system tailored to the specific standards established for each client’s unique situation. This evaluation system is based on service measurement criteria or “Score Cards” for industrial sector clients. We utilize criteria such as TORDCE, along with internal evaluation metrics, allowing us to consistently assess and measure both client expectations and the quality of our services.

Additionally, ITECSA has implemented a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system to monitor staff turnover, task completion, personal presentation, compliance with uniform usage standards, and the proper use of safety equipment.

Through the figure of a Facilities Manager from ITECSA, an action plan is developed to identify the critical processes of each company and subsequently establish a detailed plan of action. This plan includes, across all facilities areas:

  • Activities.
  • Goals.
  • Management indicators and compliance periods, in accordance with the established SLAs.

In the cleaning area, ITECSA’s operational flexibility allows for the implementation of cleaning tasks tailored to the needs of each area, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the regulations of the FDA and the European Union.

Specializing in clean rooms, we have a team of experts with over 20 years of experience. We create detailed work plans and, for unscheduled tasks or emergencies, we offer a ticketing system to track the progress of activities.

ITECSA implements various quality controls to ensure we exceed our clients’ expectations.

Each cleaning candidate goes through a series of filters and requirements before being selected.

ITECSA workers receive sixteen training courses covering Occupational Safety, Cleaning Techniques, and other essential topics in the cleaning field.

Throughout their employment, ITECSA workers are proactively evaluated monthly by their direct supervisor, assessing 25 aspects of their performance. This performance evaluation helps both ITECSA and the employee identify areas for improvement.
